Legal expenses insurance
We work with all major legal expenses insurance providers. We are happy to handle the correspondence with your insurer and clarify whether coverage can be granted for your case. This helps you avoid unnecessary costs and ensures you know early on which services will be covered.

Billing & Transparency
Our billing is carried out in one of the following ways:

• according to the Austrian Lawyers' Tariff Act (RATG),

• on the basis of an agreed flat fee, or

• at an individually agreed hourly rate.

For many of our services, we offer clear flat rates or modular consulting packages – especially for company formations, contract reviews, or advance directives.

Initial Consultation
In an initial consultation, you will receive an assessment of the legal situation as well as the potential costs. This meeting forms the basis for a trustworthy collaboration.
