Billing is transparent and client-oriented, in accordance with the provisions of the Austrian Lawyers' Fees Act (RATG) and the applicable fee criteria. If a different agreement for hourly billing is made, an hourly rate of EUR 300 plus VAT shall be deemed agreed upon with the granting of the power of attorney.

The due date of the fee depends on the scope and nature of the mandate. As a rule, a portion of the fee is agreed upon as a retainer at the beginning. The exact payment terms will be discussed individually and personally during the initial consultation.
